Human Resources

The skills of PEIMA personnel reflect the missions entrusted to the unit. These missions are varied and require great versatility.

PEIMA personnel are responsible for setting up and, to a greater or lesser extent, monitoring experimental procedures. They work on data collection and the sampling related to these experiments. The personnel ensure the management and maintenance of infrastructure and fish breeding as well as on-site logistics (organisation, reservations, authorisations, etc.).

Taking care of animals requires daily presence on the site but also 24/7 service. PEIMA personnel are assisted in certain tasks (reproduction period, setting up of complicated experiments, measurement campaigns) by scientific partners of the unit.
