Continuing Training

The Pegase unit is involved in the continuing education programme for adults at Institut Agro Rennes-Angers. The training programme is aimed at managers, engineers and technicians of industry and research organisations who want to:

• update their scientific knowledge
• specialize further
• take advantage of knowledge originating from recent research

in the following areas:

• animal and livestock science
• molecular and cell biology
• genetics, genomics and bioinformatics.

Background and expertise

Pegase scientists have over 20 years of experience in continuing education for staff of research organisations, technical institutes, and private companies (e.g., feed industry, genetic selection).

Offering trainings in eight different annual training sessions, more than 2,000 people have been trained.

Design and realisation

The list of offered courses is available in the catalog of continuing education of Institut Agro Rennes-Angers . We also offer customised training programs, defined according to the user’s need and budget. Training can take place at sites of Pegase in Rennes and in Saint-Gilles (near Rennes), at the company’s location or abroad.
